An ultra-rare classic. The rarest Ford station wagon model ever produced. Only 216 Edsel 6-passenger wagons were produced during the 2 month production run of the entire model year. Built in Louisville, Ford Motor Company pulled the plug on the Edsel after only a few weeks of building the new 1960 models. This model was invited to participate in the Hemmings Concours d' Elegance in 2010. The car was acquired from a well known California museum and underwent extensive refreshening. It's a great driver--mechanically everything works as it should. The engine compartment and undercarriage are spotless. The chrome and trim is spectacular. The interior is beautiful, with just a hint of gentle wear on the original unrestored back compartment.
